This week is Learning at Work Week 2023 (15-21 May). It’s an annual event to build learning cultures at work and it aims to highlight the importance and benefits of continual learning and development. 

TJ’s sixth annual health and safety training event has proved to be a success yet again, with 100% of staff completing the training virtually.

TJ’s Fleet Manager and CPC Trainer, Lee Downer has been awarded Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).

TJ is preparing for their sixth annual staff induction event, which will take place in January and will once again be delivered virtually to ensure staff safety is prioritised amidst the ongoing pandemic.
