2022 has been a successful year for TJ Transport, despite the many challenges the UK has faced this year. With the world returning to a more ‘normal’ state as the year progressed, this allowed things to improve in many industries.

TJ was awarded a contract to move 10,000 tonnes of road planings as part of a major project to resurface a section of the A27 between Chichester and Emsworth.

TJ Transport is currently working on-site at Skylark Golf & Country Club, undertaking a project to build a new bund. This is required for safety reasons but has the added benefit of being aesthetically pleasing as well as more challenging for the golfers.

TJ Transport provided haulage services to assist in the resurfacing of the A264 in Horsham, which is part of a £6.3m project to improve a number of roads in the county.

TJ has been awarded a contract to upgrade and improve the driving range at Basingstoke Golf Club. The work is due to commence autumn/winter 2022 and is expected to take around a year to complete.

TJ has been successfully working in partnership with Cemex for the past 10 months, delivering haulage services on their behalf for the HS2 project.

TJ Transport won a contract to assist with haulage and muckaway services for a project to resurface one of Downend in Bristol’s busiest roads last month.

Stoneham Golf Club has been selected as one of three finalists for the Greenkeeping Project of the Year at the BIGGA Awards 2022. These awards recognise that high standards and dedication are vital to the success of any golf course or championship and they are keen to reward BIGGA members who are demonstrating innovation.
